  i have had a quick look and found no references to this, so - here goes..as in the mag we picked up on sunday.. worldwide % increase over 2004 = 1.3%.

  memorial partakers 8524 (compared to 8570 in 2004).

  most european and nth american lands show pretty static figs - britain 1% increase, canada 0%, germany 0%, france 1%, usa 0%... but spare a thought for the inhabitants of zambia where 1 person in 90 is a reporting witness, must be hell going down to the local market!

  I find it amusing that since there are 8,500 people still partaking this means that 135,500 people were chose from 33 AD to now, 2005. So in roughly 1,972 Joe Hoba could only find 69 people a year on the entire face of the planet worthy of heaven?

  Scholar when you use "celebrated watchtower scholars"......exactly who are they CELEBRATED by? Given the lame education these morons have I'd be "The most exalted, celebrated Enigma scholar". Puleeeze. I just threw up a little in my mouth.

  Auld, I wasn't specifically talking to you....mainly to say hey, tear the argument apart. Not the individual. Because if it's not Oronbus making an opposing counterpoint to Ms. Louderback's paper, it'll be another darn lawyer. Can't swing a deat cat without hitting a lawyer ya know. LOL.
  
  Actually by BOTH of you arguing for and against can I start to understand the legal argument and how a judge would have to sit in judgment over it. So I'm learning a lot this way. Carry on.

  Oronbus, review will likely be a lot less harsh than the WTBS. Even if Oronbus is a JW apologist....the WTBS will have very highly, skilled, and trained TEAM of lawyers tearing Ms. Louderback's article to shreds. It's what lawyers do. You don't have to believe Oronbus argument, anymore than he has to believe Ms. Louderback's. So this was reason for my initial caution. The judges may rule that in fact Ms. Louderback has a very solid article, or they may believe the WTBS refuting of it. Who knows. It will probably be in the middle somewhere.
  
  So don't attack Oronbus, because the WTBS is going to do worse to the article. Attack his assumptions and arguments. Attacking him is no different than those attacking Barbara directly.

  Anybody on a diet?

  i'm on a diet and so far i've been hanging in there.

  i have a minimal goal weight and a maximum goal weight.

  if you are on a diet, what do you do to keep yourself motivated to staying on the diet.
